Hello Bunnies! 

We are so incredibly blessed that you are here!  We are over here kicking up mud and doing cartwheels.  That’s how happy we are to see you today! 

My name is Traci and I am the founder of The Halo Bunny Boutique.  We are a brand spanking new, family-run, online women’s boutique.  Since we are so new, I think we should meet formally. 

Growing up in rural Kentucky, I was the biggest tomboy this world has ever seen!  I’m talking for real- real tomboy.  My early days consisted of catching crawdads, flying June bugs on strings, picking caterpillars out of their tree nets, making wildflowers into bracelets, and eating sweet honeysuckles right from the vine.   

My dog, Poco, went everywhere I went and that meant the woods.  I spent my entire childhood in the woods and playing in the creek.  My hair was unbrushed, my face was dirty, and my clothes were tattered. 

Then one day, I went to the skating rink with my older sister, and I began my love for all things pink, fluffy, and shiny!  My parents bought me a brand-new pair of the shiniest white high-top skates with the biggest pink pom-poms any little girl had ever seen!  Y’all.....I truly loved my pink pom-poms.   

Somehow though, I felt I needed to make my feelings about those pink pom-poms small.  I felt like I was embarrassed to be a girly girl and that it would just be easier to stay a tomboy. 

Soon after I fell in love with the skating rink, my parents fell out of love.  It happens!  So out of Kentucky we went and into the bright lights of the big city of Memphis, TN.   

Fast forward to today.  I still have my love of all things pink, fluffy, and shiny.  So much so, I have multiple pairs of beautiful skates now and they are all adorned with big, pink, fluffy, pom-poms! 

I realized recently, however, that I still make myself small for the sake of not feeling embarrassed, inadequate, or misunderstood.  I make myself small so that others may feel better about themselves.  I make myself small so that others don’t feel uncomfortable. 

I should not ever need to make myself small and I never will again! 

So please allow me to introduce myself again.  My name is Traci and I love all things that are pretty.   Not just the pretty pink things!   I love God, Jesus, my sweetheart, Paul, our children, our pets, our family, our friends, and I love myself.  It took longer to love myself than any other piece of my puzzle.  I’ve made mistakes and have overcome a few bumps along the way.  I have learned from everything! 

Over the past two years, I have purchased from countless online boutiques for my personal closet and finally came to the realization that I can help other women. I can help other women learn not to make themselves small, but to allow themselves to shine. Allow women to shine in their own skin by offering beautiful collections that bring out all the confidence, self-adoration, I am who I am not a smaller version of me just for you to feel better, kind of attitude that can move mountains.  And mountains we will move! 

We believe that where you find yourself is exactly where you’re supposed to be.   

Not only do we believe that.......We live it! 

And that is how we ended up right here in front of you.  

We started with a dream, pondered it, kicked it around, prayed really hard, and decided to hop right in! 

We are fresh out of the pen and just starting to get our feet wet! 

Our plan is to bring you the most beautiful, affordable, trendy, sophisticated, funky, sassy, southern glam, magical collections that we can possibly curate.  The real, BIG DEAL YOU, is our inspiration!   

Our hope is that as we build our boutique, you will try us out, give us a chance, love our selections, never make yourself small again, and we become lifelong friends.
