We have a 30-day return policy, which means we must receive your return no later than 30 days from the date you received your order.  Please make consideration for shipping time.  

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.  ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED 25% OR MORE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS.  

REFUND IS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY AND VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM ISSUE DATE

A STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.  YOU MUST HAVE A STORE ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE YOUR RETURN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  No deodorant stains, no make up stains, no perfumes, no pet hair, no cigarette smoke, no obvious wear, no mildew, no alterations, etc.  Items received will be thoroughly inspected before any credit is issued.  

Shoe Boxes must accompany your return for shoes.  The shoe box must be in its original condition and undamaged.  Please do not use shoe box as your shipping box!   Put the shoe box inside a shipping package.  

NO RETURNS FOR SWIMWEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within three (3) days of delivery confirmation date.  If no contact within 3 days, then it will be considered wear and tear on your part.  No exceptions! Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

If any item returned is unable to be resold, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the item back to you.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, you must inform us with 3 days of receipt of your package.  Please send us a message on our Facebook Business page.  

We do not offer express shipping.  If you need an item sooner, please let us know via Facebook.

Exchanges
We do NOT do exchanges.  Please place a NEW ORDER for a different size or item. 

All shipped orders will receive tracking which is emailed to the email you provided during checkout.
