Shipping policy

Hello Bunnies~

Thank you so much for your order!  We appreciate your business more than you know!  

Our standard shipping cost is at the low rate of $7.95.

Free shipping on orders over $100....yeehaw y'all!!!

Processing time for standard shipping runs roughly 2-4 business days.  Processing times are not guaranteed.  Processing time is for business days.  Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping processing estimates.

If you need an item or your order expedited, please contact me personally via or Facebook business page.   I'll do my best to get you taken care of sister!

Let's agree on wrong/incorrect addresses.  It is your (the buyer's) responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address.  It is not the responsibility of The Halo Bunny Boutique.  Let's say that again.....if you enter the wrong address, that is on YOU!  If you feel you made a mistake, please send me an email at tleepb@thehalobunnyboutique.com as soon as possible.

Please note that if you cancel your order and the order has already started processing for shipment, you may incur a $10 service fee.  

Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for the delivery of your package.  If you have delivery issues after your package leaves our store, you will need to contact the shipping carrier.  If tracking information states that your package was delivered to you shipping address, please contact the shipping/mail carrier.  

We ship via USPS and UPS.  If shipping delays occur, please contact the carrier.  The Halo Bunny Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays.

Lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.  The Halo Bunny Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

We are currently NOT shipping internationally.
